WHO IS MINDWORKS COLLABORATIVE?
We are a network of educators collaboratively working to ensure that Black and Latinx students with disabilities have access to high-quality and culturally competent educational programs. We focus on increasing, equipping and emboldening aspiring and current special education leaders of color to create and lead the changes necessary in our educational organizations and systems to ensure that this happens.

Mindworks Collaborative believes that by building a pipeline of culturally competent and highly skilled special education leaders of color who hold high expectations and a belief in personal responsibility for student success, we can break the status quo. We provide our participants with the appropriate tools to help them in this quest.
